"Okay, we need to talk about this. I discovered Laufey on a rainy day in 2021, tiny dorm window open with music playing out of my speaker as I always did at the time in 505A. The smell of petrichor infused with this song hitting my ears for the first time was religious. From there I was a fan of "luh-fey," listening to the tracks on this album on repeat to this day. Knowing this before Laufey blew up is crazy. Like the movies is probably like the single most important song to ever exist ever to me."
